How it works

Here’s what the journey looks like for an employee.

1 - Onboarding

Employees do an online assessment covering their health history, mental health, lifestyle and desired mental health goals. With this data, we propose an action plan.

Employees agree to the goals they want to achieve before the coaching starts .

2 - coaching

Four months of 1-on-1 conversations delivered by a qualified psychologist focusing on stress, work-life balance, and overcoming personal barriers.

Monthly check-ins through video call, plus chat support on-demand

3 - Activation

Employees use Ancora’s mobile app to implement their action plan and track their progress.

Focus on micro habits: gradual changes for long-term success.

4 - Follow-up

A re-assessment questionnaire for employees to measure their progress.

Employees receive advice on how to sustain their healthy habits and can choose other health interventions as a follow up.
